Job Description:
We're committed to providing our clients with outstanding customer service and support. We're seeking a friendly and reliable Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their insurance policies. You'll also process premium payments, update policies as needed, and issue insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance and ID cards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
No previous insurance experience? No problem!

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Process premium payments from clients for insurance policies.
- Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
- Process policy changes and updates as requested by clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Issue and distribute insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance (COI), ID cards, and policy endorsements.
Requirements
- A Property and Casualty License is strongly preferred. Willing to train.
- 1+ years of insurance experience or related industry. Willing to train.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in customer service
- Experience working in an office environment. Multi-line phone systems, data entry, phone work.
- Knowledge of basic computer software.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Displays the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
