We're looking for Customer Service Representative/ Office Manager for our Tucson, AZ office. This role is for people-people eager to offer the high-quality customer service they themselves would want to receive. You will be answering billing questions, making policy changes, and giving recommendations to fully protect policyholders. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Requirements
- Must be licensed in P & C with Commercial
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skill
