Job description

An immediate need for a qualified and experienced IT Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in following:

Data Network Services and Devices:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining data network infrastructure and devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, analyzing network performance, and implementing necessary solutions.
Monitoring and managing network security, including implementing appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Conducting regular network audits and performance evaluations to ensure optimal network functionality.
Collaborating with network engineers and administrators to design and implement network upgrades and expansions.

Voice Services and Devices:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining voice communication systems and devices such as IP telephony systems, voice gateways, and unified communication platforms.
Troubleshooting voice communication issues, including call quality, connectivity, and user-related problems.
Configuring and managing voice protocols and services, such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), and PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) integration.
Collaborating with telecommunications providers to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal voice service performance.
Assisting users with voice-related queries, training, and support.

PC Support and Maintenance:

Providing technical support to end-users for PC-related issues, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, including hardware upgrades, software installations, and patches.
Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues on PCs and ensuring proper network configurations.
Conducting regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security checks.
Assisting with user training and documentation for PC-related processes and procedures.
