Role: IT Security Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Description: 3 plus years’ experience with IT Support with concentration on Cybersecurity

administration and Identity Access Management. Candidate main role to manage access to

applications and servers and must have the ability to distinguish elevated and privileged

accesses and enforce applications access control by applying the least privilege policies and

standards.

Responsibilities: Candidate responsibilities must include and not limited to:

∙Follow procedures and playbooks to grant, modify and remove accesses to AD, AD

Groups, Linux/UNIX, SAP, and other applications natively or use a front-end application.

∙Explain technical information clearly to customers.

∙Prioritize and multitask efficiently.

∙Perform diagnostic tests on access related issues.

∙Document, create knowledge transfer articles, and enrich tickets notes and error logs.

∙Identifying process improvements.

∙Collect information on problems to pass it to L3 if necessary.

∙Ability to perform initial Azure AD access review.

∙Maintaining and enforcing regulations regarding SOX, FERC, NERC, PCI.

∙Performing compliance checks and provide alerts and reports for access reviews and

audits.

∙Enforcing corporate information security policies and standards.

∙Documenting and updating elevated and privileged accesses processes.

∙Ensuring the integrity of the company’s information assets.

Learn new software.

Experience: Candidate experience must include and not limited to:

∙Minimum of 3-years’ experience in IT support role with concentration on Cybersecurity

∙Experience with Active Directory access administrations.

∙Experience in Linux, SQL, and SAP access administrations is a plus.

∙Customer service background and comply with SLAs/PKIs.

∙Knowledge of network, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, and

tools.

∙Strong troubleshooting skills.

∙Experience with Runbook documentation.

∙Experience with customer service background to comply with SLAs/PKIs.

∙Excellent communication skills.

∙Knowledge of ServiceOne and/or ServiceNow is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-year experience with Information Technology

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related preferred.
