Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Monitor and ensure the security of the IT environment, implementing necessary measures to protect against threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and resolve any related issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies, making recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters.
• Preform all duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with enterprise-level networking equipment (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls).
• Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
