Mechanic and Junior Mechanic

We look to hire long-term, many of our mechanics are here years and some decades. We are a small shop, you wont get lost in a shop of dozens and hundreds and so your work ethic and professionalism WILL stand out. We have a No AH policy, no one needs to crap on others to show their worth here. No one already here will crap on you to get ahead. We expect Professionalism in dealing with co-workers and clients, and Provide Clear Communication.
You can have a home and advance by providing attentiveness, production, and professionalism.
We are loyal and support our crew which is evident by the average time our mechanics stay.
Of course, there are paid holidays, plus paid vacation, and paid Sick Days. (A Vesting period is required for Vacation days). We have partial matching 401k plan.
You'll immediately see from the shop make-up we never cared about race or sex; we only want electricians who have the skill-sets necessary to perform the scopes of work required. However due to the nature of the profession and the size of our shop, You will need to perform basic lifting and be able to climb ladders.
