Are you a self-starter with a perpetual learners’ mindset looking for your next career move as a Junior Accountant? We want to hear from you! We are looking to fill a Junior Accountant position with Tribeca Cabinetry in Saddle Brook, NJ, which is a fast-growing kitchen cabinet company.

You will be successful in this role if you can think strategically but also jump into the weeds to get things done. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of corporate accounting experience with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Process account receivable including A/R invoice processing, credit card processing, customer cash application, etc.
• Process account payable including A/P invoice process, disbursement and make payment, etc.
• Process and post monthly journal entries.
• General ledger reconciliations and analysis
• Participate in financial closing processes
• Assist with 1099 reporting
• Assist in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Up to 1 year of experience in corporate accounting function (Preferred)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies
• Good organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and competency in Quick Books
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
