Job Title: Sales Representative for Clothing Brand Kiosk

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for our clothing brand kiosk located in a busy shopping mall. The ideal candidate will have no sales experience but is eager to learn and grow in a retail sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate the kiosk part time, including 11-8 Monday to Saturday and 11-6 on Sunday

Maintain cleanliness and order of the kiosk to provide an appealing and attractive shopping experience for customers.

Keep track of inventory levels and notify the store manager when items need to be restocked.

Greet customers and promote our brand and products to potential customers passing by the kiosk.

Provide an exceptional customer experience and assist customers in selecting sizes, and completing transactions.

Collect customer information such as phone numbers and email addresses for our customer database.

Reach sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and presenting product knowledge to potential customers.

Complete transactions using the POS system.

Regularly update and maintain displays and signage to ensure they are visually appealing and accurately reflect our brand.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and promote our brand.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain inventory and keep the kiosk organized and presentable.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing transactions and maintaining customer information.

Basic computer literacy and experience using a POS system is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

The Sales Representative will earn $10.10 per hour
