Bayside Outdoor Solutions LLC is a full-service outdoor landscape and renovation company, specializing in various services such as landscape design and installation, irrigation, artificial turf, hardscape, water features, outdoor lighting, rock and mulch installation, tree trimming and removal, pavers, sod, and more. We are currently seeking a Landscape Technician (Landscape Labor Worker) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers competitive pay, and candidates with additional qualifications and experience may be eligible for pay increases.

We are currently seeking a Landscape Technician (Landscape Labor Worker) to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities (Experience in any of these areas are a huge plus):

Assist with landscape design and installation projects, following instructions provided by the supervisor or project manager.

Perform general landscape labor tasks, such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding, to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces.

Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including digging trenches, laying pipes, and adjusting sprinkler heads.

Participate in the installation of outdoor lighting systems, ensuring proper placement and wiring connections.

Support the team in the installation of hardscape features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls, using appropriate tools and materials.

Help with the construction of water features, such as fountains or ponds, ensuring proper installation and functionality.

Assist in rock and mulch installation, including spreading materials and ensuring even coverage.

Aid in tree trimming and removal tasks, following safety guidelines and utilizing appropriate tools and equipment.

Provide assistance to experienced machine operators, as needed, to operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, or bobcats.

Assist with paver installation projects, including excavation, base preparation, and proper placement and leveling of pavers.

Work effectively and cooperatively with the team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Drivers License isn't needed but is a plus.

Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may result in a pay increase.

Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.

Experience with irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, machine operation, and paver installation is highly desirable and may result in a pay increase.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and manual labor in various weather conditions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
