Seeking Full Time Psychotherapist, in an outpatient Therapy office that Primarily works with Children and Adolescents. Ability to work in an office required. Looking for someone who is moldable to new styles and approaches who can work as a team approach as needed. Will be required to participate in clinical supervision and case presentation with colleagues. With have an above and beyond approach to treatment and collaborating as a team. After School Hours Primarily. We are a concierge style private practice, calls outside of the normal workday will occur.

Sunday Through Thursday Work Week

Do you have experience working with children and adolescents? If so, we are currently hiring for an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for children and adolescents ages 5-17. You will be responsible for attending weekly staff meetings, and providing individualized support in between individual sessions. Additionally, the Outpatient Therapist will provide crisis intervention in the case of emergency and attend weekly supervision meetings with the supervising Clinical Director.

We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our busy and growing team. The ideal candidate for this position must have an understanding of the challenges that face today's youth, a strong professional background and a grounding in their own personal journey through life. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading group and individual therapy sessions, regular outreach to high schools, after school programs and other community organizations and making sure that the youth we serve have access to the ongoing mental health care they need.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients.
• Provide counseling and guidance to clients.
• Meet with supervisors to discuss the progress of clients.
• Discuss required coursework with supervisors.
• Conduct research in order to develop new techniques.,Present research to peers and faculty.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
