Blaise Alexander Chevrolet in Greencastle, PA is looking for a Lead Express Technician to join our growing team!

A Day in the Life of a Lead Express Technician (but not limited to):

• Managing and directing the work of other technicians in the facility.
• Multipoint vehicle inspections (inspect tires, steering, suspension, brakes, lights, test batteries, etc.).
• Interact with customers and ensure that they have a positive experience at the facility.
• Ensure that all equipment and inventory in the facility is properly maintained and stocked.
• Ensure employees follow safety protocols when performing maintenance tasks.

Skill/Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Express Vehicle Maintenance Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• PA State Inspection License
• Detail and process oriented
• Must be dependable and lead team by example
• Physical demands include lifting 50+lbs with an extended period of time standing, sitting, and kneeling thought the workday
