We are looking for qualified/experienced applicants to fill the position of Legal Assistant. Bilingual Spanish. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for working with attorneys on the property damage portion of personal Injury cases.

Responsibilities:

Assist Case Managers and Attorney
Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
Coordinate property damage inspections with Insurance companies and body shops
Reimburse Rental Bills/LOU/out of pocket expenses
Draft documents and letters to clients and Insurance companies.
Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
Correspond with adjusters and clients
