Job description

Position Overview: Secretarial support for two to three attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a legal secretary in trusts and estates and litigation a plus.
  • Minimum typing speed 65 wpm.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be proficient in calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong grammar and verbal skills, able to independently draft emails and letters.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Team oriented, personable, responsive, proactive, and able to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
