Job description

We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with the residents in the long term care facility. The Licensed Practical Nurse is an expert in medical screening and treatment, and will work directly with the registered nurse to provide care for all of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to a patient with limited or no mobility.
• Provide basic nursing care in a patient's home.
• Give bedside care to patients in an LTCF.
• Develop treatment plans based on doctor's orders and the patient's needs.
• Monitor patient behavior and vital signs.,Work as part of a team with other staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $54,437.00 - $55,443.00 per year
