Greywolf Partners, a growing property management firm, is seeking a full-time/part-time/weekendnmaintenance technician to join our team. In general, hours will be during regular business hours but weekends will be required. (Saturday/Sunday 7-11 or 8-12 noon)

Responsibilities:
- Provide service and maintenance for all common amenities.
- Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner, detailing actions taken.
- Be on call on a shared rotating basis for off-hour emergency call-ins (such as fire alarms, snowstorms, floods, power failure, etc.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspection and pick up of grounds each morning.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, lighting, & appliance repairs).
- Must be flexible and able to shift priorities if needed.
- 2 years maintenance experience.
- Physical requirements include being able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on roofs, stoop, kneel, and bend as well as have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must have strong communication and people management skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of individuals and personalities (team members, guests, vendors, etc.); sometimes must maintain professionalism and respect while dealing with difficult situations.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and state mandated level of automobile insurance
- Property management, hotel or restaurant background experience is a plus.
- Pool certification is highly desirable
