Job description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department.
Reviews various reports/work orders and confers, when needed, with the Operations/Plant
Manager to review problems and ensure corrective action to minimize downtime.
Assures, maintains, and repairs all aspects of the plant equipment and facility.
Develop and maintain a PM program (documented/electronic for history/audit review) for all necessary equipment in the plants. Includes - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual equipment PMs to schedule and execute.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years in Maintenance Manager experience.
3-5 years Food and Food Safety experience is a plus
Troubleshoot Production machinery and equipment.
Expertise with Electrical and mechanical systems (welding, fabrication, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, CMMS, PLC etc.)
Make necessary repairs to Conveyors and Production equipment.
Electrical schematics and Blueprints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
