Machine Maintenance to keep production molding machines running with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following: · Knowledge of Cincinnati, Ferromatik Milicron, Sumitomo plastic molding machines · Knowledge of Gammaflux, MSI, Plasthing hot runner controllers · Knowledge of SLC 500 & Idec PLC's · Able to troubleshoot & repair Injection Molding Machines and related support equipment · Able to read electrical/hydraulic ladder diagrams · Read and write PLC logic · Interface with computer systems and specifically SAP computerized maintenance work orders to accept, work on, and close jobs ·

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Training and/or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical disciplines preferred

Good attendance and attitude

Pay starting at $19/hr depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
