Sobo & Sobo is adding to our facilities maintenance team! As a Building Maintenance Technician, you would be required to assist with building upkeep and repairs. The maintenance worker's duties and responsibilities often include:

• Performing general maintenance tasks for the building or buildings, such as window washing, assisting with drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and more
• Snow removal (candidates must be able to provide a clean MVR report from DMV)
• Assist with conducting routine basic maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Completing safety checks on systems and equipment
• Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises
• Performing inventory on repair supplies
• Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
• Assisting with installing new furniture or equipment
• Ensuring all safety systems are functioning properly, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Assisting with pest control and landscaping
• Assisting with detecting, identifying and repairing building issues, like basic problems with the building's electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
• Responding to and completing tenant or maintenance requests.
