Currently seeking compassionate San Mateo based Caregivers/Home Care Aides to fill full or part time openings. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of documented experience. This individual will be responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. This individual may work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

• Provide in-home client care according to approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide Home Care assistance with personal hygiene and transportation as required
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Job Requirements include:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience as home caregiver
• Valid driver's license or ID, can legally work in the USA
• Reliable car / auto insurance a plus ( require driving)
• Clean background and criminal record
• Minimum 1 professional reference
