Store Managers in Training will be expected to travel to existing locations to train and interact with a variety of store teams to learn the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work with the Store Manager to coordinate activities, guidance, and recommendations of our day-to-day business.
• Assist in implementing Store Manager and company general manager game action plan.
• Approve pawns/buys. We will provide training.
• Keep our Inventory controlled so we prevents losses in our company
• Practice great customer service
• Work with Store Management regarding P&L responsibilities.
• Implements and supports daily/weekly/monthly store performance goals set for
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance goals as it relates to retail sales, layaway programs, and loan growth as well as company audits regarding shrinkage and corporate True Blue Standards.
• Coordinate staff coverage for the store through scheduling of management
• Assist in Management coverage on days when Store Manager is out of the store during regularly schedule days off, vacation, sick time, etc.
• Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
