The Marketing Operations Analyst is a key member of our high-performing marketing team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, maintaining a high level of data stewardship, building and refining marketing processes, and analyzing marketing success.

What part will you play:

  • Own the administration of Pardot, implementing landing pages, forms, and emails in support of Content and Demand programs
  • Manage the rest of our marketing technology stack, and help evaluate, implement, and optimize future MarTech investments
  • Support the day-to-day marketing operations within Salesforce, including lead imports, automation rules, and QA
  • Perform ongoing database cleansing, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives in Salesforce and Pardot to maintain data quality
  • Support marketing analytics by reporting on our funnel and marketing attribution and delivering reports and dashboards for management and other stakeholders
  • Assist with marketing team budget management to ensure spending is tightly aligned with our budget and financial forecast.

What Are We Looking For In This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Marketing Operations experience at a B2B software or SaaS company
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (i.e., Pardot)
  • Understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead scoring/routing, and data integrity
  • Project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
