Prestigious Plastic Surgery office in Los Gatos is looking for a Front Desk Medical Receptionist. This is a full-time position (8:45 to 5:15). This position occasionally filled in at their San Mateo office.

We require a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must be able to prioritize and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.

Duties include the greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, updating patient demographics, verifying insurance and taking co-pays, assisting with coordinating office events and activities.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years of medical front office experience and must be computer literate.

Medical Receptionist experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or hospitality is a plus.
