We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced high-volume clinic. Full time position. Bilingual a plus.

• Answers phones, responds to email and text message communications during scheduled shift in a timely, professional manner.

• Keep constant communication with providers with any changes in patient appointments

• Follows-up and ensures all documentation is obtained

• Be familiar with various insurance plans

• Provide patient with out of pocket amounts

• Demonstrates consistent integrity, accountability, teamwork, and respect in all aspects of the job.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
