OB/GYN Ultrasound Tech - 40 hours per week, Benefits-Eligible Position

Candidate must have experience in OB/GYN and be able to work independently performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations and report findings to physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Follows standard AIUM protocol for OB/GYN sonography exams.
• Demonstrates ability to produce appropriate and quality images.
• Assembles and presents all scan data for physicians in a timely manner.
• Accurately keys data and patient information into ultrasound machine and EMR (Athena) to generate reports of diagnostics findings.
• Displays adaptability, flexibility, prioritization, and assistance to other sonographers and physicians.
• Cleans and stocks sonography room as well as maintains equipment.

Requirements:

• ARDMS credentialed sonographer with minimum 2 years’ OB/GYN experience.
• Experience scanning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB patients including detailed fetal surveys.
• Experience with GYN ultrasounds including procedures such as sonohysterograms and U/S guided IUD insertions.
• Graduate from CAHEEP Ultrasound accredited program.
• Nuchal Translucency Certified
• Willing and able to travel to our 4 offices (Worcester, Marlborough, Webster, & Sturbridge, MA) as needed.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
