Job Description:
Under administrative direction of the Chief Operations Officer, performs duties at the professional level and provides support in the following functional areas: corporate receptionist, answering multiline telephone system, screening calls, greeting visitors creating a great first impression for all customers; making copies and filing; and performs related duties as required. Must have a servant’s heart and the willingness to grow.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receptionist duties, exhibiting a cheerful and welcoming presence. Ensuring that visitors are properly taken care of and directed to the appropriate team member, providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for answering the phone line, screening calls and answering basic questions, routing calls and taking messages.
- Responsible for ensuring the main office area is organized and welcoming to visitors.
- Responsible for daily collection and distribution of mail.
- Provides support in payroll processing, accounts payable and special accounting projects as needed.
- Provides inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
- Provides backup for employee file maintenance, ensuring documents are filed timely.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Attends and participates in all required meetings, trainings, committees, or other assignments as required.
- Willingness to assist company, other departments, colleagues, and employee with other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
