OFFICE SPECIALIST/DRAFTER (will consider training if no experience)

Noble Panels & Gates is looking for full time Office Specialist in Milton-Freewater, Oregon (on-site position). This person will answer incoming sales/customer service calls, create orders, as well as a variety of other tasks. We are looking for someone that is well-spoken, detail oriented and has great customer service skills. Possibility of also Drafting/Designing projects.

No degree is required, although some experience with customer service and computer drafting software is a plus.

Full time position hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Better than basic computer knowledge

· Customer Service Experience or willingness to learn

· Proficiency in Word and Microsoft Outlook

· Quickbooks and Excel experience preferred, but not required

· Must be dependable and punctual

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to follow direction with attention to detail
