We seek an enthusiastic individual for an On-Site Manager position at our customer site located in Groveport, OH. This is great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is looking to start a Human Resource career.
Snider-Blake has been providing temporary staffing services to businesses since 1952. We are a leader in the industry and have 12 offices located in Northeast Ohio, Central Ohio, South Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Georgia.
1st shift: 7am - 4pm
Salary: $40,000
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing Production
-Coaching/Counseling associates on attendance, attitude, and production
-Orientations
-Customer service
-General office duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Undergraduate degree preferred
