Equivalent ExperienceDescription
- Provides customer service support via phone and email to international customers
- Will be answering questions related to product questions, pricing, lead times on orders, sending documents for products, confirming when the shipment left, and when shipment is expected to leave
- Will coordinate shipping through the warehouse
- Process return authorizations for damaged products and provide timely resolutions
- Prepares shipment documentation and other international paperwork for shipping
- Not a really busy job on the phones
- Spanish is a plus
-International experience is a plus - processing paperwork for shipments or orders
- Attitude is right and quick learned and someone who can take the bull by the horns and can convert anyone
When shipment is expected to leave, when shipment left, can get documents, lead times on orders, pricing on orders, etc.
Inbound calls and emails from customers from international customers (most write and speak in English)
- A lot of business in Latin America
distributors importing their ice machines and selling them in their countries
Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (i.e. working in a call center and experience doing data entry / MUST be comfortable speaking without a script)
- 1+ year of customer service in a manufacturing environment
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Someone who is comfortable working through phone calls and emails all day
- Someone who has a strong attention to detail
- Someone who is a quick learner and is interested in learning a new industry
NICE TO HAVE:
- At least 1 year of order processing or inventory management (prefers 2 years)
- Experience coordinating international shipments
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Previous domestic/e-commerce shipping or order entry experience
- Someone who has an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working in an ERP system
