The successful candidate for this position will have the ability to prioritize tasks, strong work ethic, as well as experience in setting up and maintaining a strict scheduling system. A proven record of efficiency and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Coordinate with patients, parents, staff members, & the orthodontist.
• Must be able to explain procedures & be able to handle emergency calls appropriately.
• Maintain patient records by updating them.
• Greet patients in a professional, warm & friendly manner.
• Highly motivated & organized.
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional attitude & appearance
• Solid written & verbal communication
• Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issues arise.
• Computer skills, customer service, & orthodontic experience (3 yrs. minimum)
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Bookkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
