Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Job description
Litigation paralegal for a busy small law firm in South Lawrence, MA handling personal injury, worker's compensation, and criminal cases in MA and NH. Spanish speaking is a plus (but not necessary)since the majority of clients are Spanish speakers.
Must have at least 3 years of law firm experience in handling PI and WC cases.
The position requires working on files, sending settlement packages, contacting clients, working on pleadings, and assisting 2 lawyers and other paralegals.
Knowledge of Microsoft word, dictaphone. The position also requires a fast typist to type pleadings for Court.
