Job description
Program Statement: Matt Talbot Residential Treatment Program is a 60-day substance use treatment program for adult men and women who are struggling with addiction and may have a co-occurring mental health condition. This program is located in Parma, Ohio.
What you will be doing:
- Administer medication to clients and complete Medication Administration Record (MAR).
- Work collaboratively with treatment team to ensure continuity of care as it pertains to medication of clients.
- Triage unexpected medical concerns, within the scope of LPN, that may come up during med pass.
Experience
Preferred- 1 year(s): Experience with medication administration.
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Licensed Practical Nurse
