Parts Runner

Position Specifics:

Department: Parts

Reports to: Corporate Parts Manager

Supervises: None

Purpose:

Operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork for the dealership.

Responsibilities:

o Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities; may also deliver to customers.

o Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.

o Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy.

o May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition.

o Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

o Hold a valid driver’s license.

o Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.

o Must be able to drive & stop at multiple locations, 300 to 400 miles per day.

o Must have experience in hauling trailers.

o Must be able to pass drug screen.

o Must be able to pass background check.

o Based out of Greenwood, MS.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
