Position Summary:
Our Rolling Meadows Office specializes in providing insurance solutions in all lines of business. Please see position details below:
- This is a full-time onsite 4 to 5 month contract position located at the Rolling Meadows, IL branch, located on 2850 West Golf Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.
- The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- The position pays $24/hr
- You will assist with the Branch’s overall workflow processes, while learning the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Assist in the updating of general ledger costing for paid and unpaid leave of absences
- Complete wage verifications as necessary
- Process rejected direct deposits
- Provide administrative and operational support to our office staff.
Required:
High school diploma- Minimum of 1 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired:
- Prior pay processing experience, Oracle Fusion Experience
- Exceptional ability to learn and desire to advance and grow within Gallagher.
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to increase productivity and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
