Join the Levy Team as a Payroll Coordinator at the Chase Field. Chase Field, is a retractable roofmulti-purpose stadiumand home of Major League Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks.

Job Summary: The Payroll Coordinator provides administrative support. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of all payroll functions such as pay check distribution, pay discrepancies, and providing support to all internal guests for any payroll needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate payroll processes such as fielding team member questions, following up on paycheck discrepancies and assisting with manual check requests.
• Assist in enrolling team members in direct deposit and state and federal withholdings using HRIS system.
• Coordinate disbursement of paychecks including mailing out pay stubs and paychecks on pay days.
• Provide general office, administrative, clerical support: copying, filing, correspondence, responding to telephone inquiries, etc.
• May perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic payroll and personnel record keeping principles and practices; knowledge of basic federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Solid organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; attention to detail, strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks calmly, professionally and with flexibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner.
• Ability to represent oneself and the company in a professional manner.
• Ability to adhere to highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all proprietary business, financial and employee matters.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
