The P&C Specialist provides project coordination and orchestration of strategic people and culture initiatives to support the People & Culture Executive Team and the organization. This position will execute and monitor strategic initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. Reporting to the Manager, Inclusion & Pipeline Programs, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. This position will specialize in TM inclusion and belonging, student programs and pipeline programs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Three years of Project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, board preparation, and merger and acquisitions, required. 3 years Budget Management, communications, and/or human resources experience, required. 3 years Artificial Intelligence, IT experience, preferred.
- Licensure/certification: PMP Project Management Certification, preferred.

- Project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, PowerPoint presentations and report writing.

- Develops and updates grant reports in conjunction with the foundation team.
- Researches, prepares, submits and manages proposals for new grants or pipeline programs.
