Location - 4371 Nicole Drive, Lanham, MD 20706 Lanham, MD/In Office
Pay $22/hr
Job Duties:
- Perform research, update filing requirements for projects in various jurisdictions and maintain a database
- Follow-up on jobs in working queue to ensure the job is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Coordinate payment and reimbursement of permit fees according to company guidelines
- Help keep workspace organized, as well as scanning and filing documents appropriately
- Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment
- Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Microsoft office experience is a must
