ProActive Physical Therapy (a Physical Rehabilitation Network brand) is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company in the Denver area. This Physical Therapist Position is located at: 1321 South 4th Ave, Suite 200, Brighton, CO 80601

Pay range: $70,000-$85,000 per job-related experience

We are looking for someone Mon-Fri 7a-5p, or work 4 x 10's! This clinic has been growing, and the team is excited to bring in someone likewise growth minded. Work with a great variety of orthopedic patients with manageable caseloads of 13 pts per day.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school for Physical Therapisy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing with the State.

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $58,000 to $108,000 annually + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.
