Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join the Land Warfare and Air Defense (LWAD) Mission Area as a Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst for the UAE 3 Lot and DCS programs. As a key member of the UAE Finance team, the successful candidate will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in managing cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCR), Quarterly EVMS, and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC). The candidate will prepare financial reports reflecting Earned Value performance and staffing and should be familiar with the Raytheon EVMS Process Description, possess technical knowledge of program controls, possess problem solving skills and have good communication skills. The candidate will work with the Business Manager to provide insight and solutions that promote flawless execution and drive compliance to EV guidelines. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a challenging and deadline driven environment, as part of a small core finance team.

This role is being offered in a remote capacity and is based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Daily management of program cost and schedule

• Preparation and presentation of financial status to Program Management team (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)

• Completion of quarterly EAC's & quarterly earned value

• Responsible for ad hoc requests as determined by the needs of the business

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration or related field of study

• Typically requires 5 years prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

• Experience or responsibility for cost, financial performance

• Experienced user of SAP or similar systems

Qualifications We Value:

• Experience in meeting critical deadlines and providing creative solutions to problems

• Experience with APEX EV, PRISM, IOTs, PMX Tool

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
