We are looking for someone that can..

• Supervise staff and production while monitoring workflow
• Successfully communicate and enforce job expectations
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing employees.
• Maintains workflow by improving and implementing new and existing work processes to reduce overhead and increase production.
• Establish and maintain quality standards.
• Overseeing operation and safety of all equipment and employees.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Engage in implementing and improving manufacturing information and processes.

This is a THIRD shift supervisory position- must have a flexible schedule, some weekends will be required depending on production needs. Work schedule is primarily M-F,11pm-7:30am, some weekend work will be required based off production, must have flexibility per the needs of the business. Team work ethic is a MUST, will not tolerate unexcused absences or tardiness- being on-time is imperative for production.

Qualifications desired:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

Dress code: Steel toe shoes, jeans (no holes or rips) and appropriate t-shirt.

Work environment: Not temperature controlled- cold in the winter and very hot in the summer.

Pay is $18-$22hr DOE

After your first week of work, you qualify for:

This is a temp to hire position. Employee will be evaluated after 90 days for permanent hire placement.
