The Project Coordinator is important to the success of Armstrong Development's key strategic initiatives. This role will assist in all areas of our real estate business and afford you the opportunity to witness and assist with projects from start to fnish.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll do a lot of great things in this role and have the opportunity to expand into other areas, but the key responsibilities you can expect to perform on a regular basis include:
- Participate in site tours and identify potential properties
- Research site information and prepare letters of intent for real estate purchases
- Participate in project and city meetings for project approval
- Assist with construction bids and coordinate general contractor documents
What Sets You Apart:
- High School diploma required. Associates Degree preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or construction not required but a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain multiple projects at one time
- Great team work ethic and desire to learn more
- Some travel may be required
