Pavarini is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support our team based in Stamford Connecticut.

• Write and create contracts for commercial construction management projects
• Sending out contracts for review and approval
• Verifying that the correct information is being sent to the appropriate party at the subcontractors office, working with the subcontractors to ensure timely return of signed documents
• Processing a high volume of subcontracts and change orders for Estimating department
• Working with Estimating team to send out subcontracts and change orders for signature
• Uploading signed documents into CMiC with DocuSign
• Organize, maintain and ensure the accuracy of the filing system, address book and client database
• Interface daily with estimators, subcontractors, and project accountants
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with tact and discretion and assume responsibility for follow-up and resolving issues.
• Other administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis; fill in for receptionist
