Rightway Home Care Services, Inc is seeking to hire a Qualified Professional who is willing to work with clients in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Intake of clients.
2. Complete individual and regular assessments of clients to assure their needs will be met.
3. Perform client services supervisory visits.
4. Other duties as needed.

5. PCA Supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be licensed Social Worker or R.N. in the State of Minnesota and must maintain licensure.
2. Current CPR certification and maintenance of certification preferred.
3. Has a valid driver's license with good driving record, must have reliable transportation.
