How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice:

We are seeking highly organized QC Inspector with excellent attention to detail to support our growing organization. In this position, you will work directly with our internal teams to ensure every product build at our warehouse(s) are made to our standards before it is released for distribution.

You will enjoy independent work, have great attention to detail, are willing perform repetitive tasks, enjoy a fast-paced environment, be a critical thinker, and have strong communication skills.

This position is full-time in-office Sunday - Thursday at the Kent, WA distribution center. NOTE: Work schedule may shift as business needs require. ****

Responsibilities:

  • Establish standards for VAS services provided by the warehouse (kit building, labeling, quality inspections, etc.)
  • Inspect area and materials prior to activity startup of activities to verify correctness.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the production; performing & document random inspection, catching/correcting errors and removing products that don't meet standards.
  • Provide final paperwork and production review for approval or rejection of production for distribution.
  • Upload and maintain records in electronic Quality Management System
  • Review incoming shipments and confirming release status.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

  • Location: Kent, WA distribution center
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Hours: Work schedule may shift as business needs require
  • Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and standing and screen time

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience as QC Inspector or other similar role
  • Strong independent worker
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience:

$50,000 - $60,000 USD/annually

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
