We are looking for a MOTIVATED individual with sales experience and drive to be the best!

Real Estate License and experience is NOT required, but sales experience is a requirement.

This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly.

***This is an in-office position/ Inside Sales Position***

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!

Compensation:

Salary + Commission = $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

· Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home.

· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.

· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.

· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

· Must be motivated to bring in outside business.

· Must be a team player.

· Love helping people and great at building rapport.

· Excellent verbal and written skills.

· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.

Our ideal candidate would be:

· Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.

· Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.

· Quick starter.

· Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.

· Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience.

· No Real Estate Experience Required.

· High School Diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fountain Valley, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
