Position Overview
The Administrator / Receptionist is a well-organized, highly motivated individual that provides administrative support to our accounting, finance, sales, and service departments.
Essential Skills:
- Customer service and reception experience
- Experience with dispatching, routing phone calls
- Positive attitude
- Presentable and professional demeanor
Duties to include:
Duties include routine tasks that focus on service job tickets and their related activities.
- Professionally administer all incoming calls, ensuring phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Greet company visitors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Invoice/process portal invoices daily
- Process credits from returns department daily
- Scan machine files, spreadsheets, shop checklists, work orders to shared drive.
- Cover reception phones from 4:00pm to 7:00pm daily
- Maintain invoice team mailbox.
- Close up reception area at end of day
A background working in a service and sales-oriented environment within a privately-owned manufacturing company would be a huge plus. The successful candidate must bring a sense of confidentiality and a positive attitude along with a thick skin, some assertiveness, and a whole lot of common sense! This will be a “go-to” position and it requires someone who, if they don’t know the answer, will enjoy figuring it out!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
