Tristrand Therapy Services is looking for a Part-time, Registered Behavior Technician to service clients in both Princeton, TX and Wylie, TX.

• $18 - $24 per hour, depending on knowledge, experience, performance, and qualifications

IN-HOME RBT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement 1:1 individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with clients in the home, school, and community settings
• Apply treatment protocols that include domains such as communication, social, behavior reduction and adaptive living skills
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
• Implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others
• Communicate effectively and appropriately with the BCBA, colleagues and families regarding client’s process and needs
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
• Follow time and attendance policies to provide quality and consistent patient care
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Tristrand Therapy Services
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED CURRENT/ACTIVE REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
• High School Diploma required, college degree in any field preferred
• Commitment to obtain or maintain the certification as an RBT (when received)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Candidate must have a clean driving record, driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the BACB to maintain the certification (once received)
