Job Position: RN Hospice
Location: Washington, DC 20001
Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: 8 Hours, Friday to Monday Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours in a week
Description:
This full-time nursing position will serve our patients in both our Hospice and Home Health programs. The person in this position provides physical and emotional support to Hospice and Home Health patients and their families; the care is provided in either in patients’ homes or pertinent health care facility. This nurse collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, friends and families. The nurse will also help with admissions and assist with home health patients as needed.
Required/ Must have:
Minimum one year of Hospice experience - REQUIRED
Wound Care and PICC line experience - preferred
Must be comfortable driving through mountains
Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
BLS AHA
RN CO License required or compact allowed
Covid Vaccination
