What You Will Be Doing
- This position works with the Maintenance and Process Engineering teams. You will help coordinate and schedule contractors and equipment rebuilds
- Work with Process Engineering to solve machine uptime, scrap, and efficiency issues that arise
- Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the plant
- Supports the organization of scheduled outages and maintenance stops of all assets and optimizes the efficiency of these events
- Plan, direct, and coordinate initiatives such as surveys, design, construction/modification, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Direct capital projects to meet budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance concerning to safety, and environmental standards
What You Need for this Position
- BS Degree or better in an Engineering or related field
- Prior experience working in Reliability/ Continuous Improvement
- Proven success in conducting continuous improvement tasks, leading Kaizen events, and/or implementing process improvement activities within a Manufacturing plant
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/ Kaizen / 5S
- SAP/ERP Maintenance experience is a bonus
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is a bonus
