Job Description:

• Process service and material requisitions daily into GSAP (Refining, Chemical & Projects)
• Process annual SPOs (Standing Purchase Order)
• Work closely with buyers to monitor and track requisitions through the purchase order process and assist with updating PR (Purchase Requisition) information when needed.
• Work with vendors on purchase order discrepancies including pricing, quantity, and verbiage updates
• Provide information and training to site personnel concerning requisition entry/catalog usage
• Provide support and guidance for RtP (Requisition-to-Pay) processes including work orders, purchase orders, SES (Service Entry Sheet) and invoices.
• Support the turnaround group for turnarounds and various units for pit stops
• Verify Outline Agreement (OA) is current when entering purchase requisitions, work with Supply Chain analysts on discrepancies
• Provide support and guidance to site personnel with sourcing material through approved vendors including requesting quotes and follow up on estimated time of delivery
• Provide support to accounts payable, buyers and vendors for invoicing issue and resolution suggestions

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous Requisitioning experience would be helpful but not required
• SAP/GSAP
• Excel
• Good communication skills/Team player
• Active TWIC card

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $25 - $30 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Please Note:

Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
