Our newly purchased CBRF is looking for a competent, detail oriented, and experienced Caregivers. This position is designed for someone who is gifted in serving others, communication, attention to detail and has experience as a caregiver. Our caregivers provide heartfelt and physical care to our residents. We are owner's that are committed to providing a positive work environment. This position allows you to become an integral part of one's journey by providing care & relationships with the voiceless vulnerable population we serve. We desire an advocate for families and residents to maintain and enhance exceptional resident care, and compliance with DHS regulations. Responsibilities:

Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including:

• Provide quality of care by following the care plan (dressing, grooming, nutrition, change of bed linens, incontinence/toileting, transfers (lift and non-lift), bathing, hygiene, medication administration)
• Understand electronic charting and able to follow/carryout resident's ISP's (care plans)
• Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations
• Promote residents' independence
• Dietary services, Cleaning, Laundry, Activities

Wages and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $17-$19
• Immediate Openings, 12-hour shifts (10a-10p & 10p-10a), FT/PT
• Hours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OT
• PT: 0-32 hours/week
• FT: 32-40 hours/week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off)
• Flexible & real-time scheduling

• On the job training: Standard Precautions, Fires Safety, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration and memory care/dementia training
• You may be eligible for wage increases CBRF certifications and performance
• Time & half on Holidays
• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Covid:
• We do not require Covid-19 vaccination upon hire; however, a .50 wage increase will be offered to new hires that have the Covid-19 vaccination
• Must provide proof of vaccination (first and second)

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Pre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
• The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
• The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Must be Reliable and have transportation
